Terms For Booksellers

Terms-Cash, VPP or through Bank. Books will not be supplied on Credit or Hundi.
For orders by VPP send M.O. or DD in advance. No order will be executed without advance. Full postage will be charged if the books are sent through VPP.
The Freight charges shall be borne and payable by the customer.
We always do business through bank. If any consignment is already in the bank, no further consignment will be sent.
Our responsibility ceases as soon as the goods leave our premises. No Claim for shortage or damages, whatsoever, will not be entertained as all goods are throughly checked before packing.
All claims and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.

Books once sold will not be strictly taken back after 31st July of the purchase year. So please place your esteemed orders for books very carefully.
All Old editions / Binded Books will not be taken back strictly.
Only 10% of the books will be replaced on the total Qty. of books purchased in the current year.

Orders should be in writing on the firms letter pad duly Sign. and Stamped.
While placing the order for the supply of books, PLEASE do not forget to mention the following (IN BLOCK LETTERS):
NAME AND COMPLETE ADDRESS OF THE FIRM.
NAME OF YOUR BANKER.
MODE OF TRANSPORT-WHETHER BY TRAIN, TRANSPORT COMPANY OR BY POST.
NAME OF THE BOOKS AND QUANTITY.

You can ask any of our books any time by just dropping us a letter. You will get it within a 10 Days time.
You can procure our books through any of our local booksellers. If the books are not available, please intimate us. We shall get them available as soon as possible.
